Thank you so much for your understanding and patience with the postponement of our anniversary celebration (originally scheduled for April 22), and we’re excited to announce the new date!
We hope you can still join us at our “Art is Power” event to celebrate our 6th Anniversary on the new date: Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, 5-8pm.
All previous RSVP’s will be honored, however, please let us know in the event that you can not attend this new date.
Come see our new office located at YBCA, now home to Franceska Gamez’ and Malaya Tuyay’s mini murals co-commissioned by the San Francisco Modern Arts Museum.
The event will be a reception featuring the newest design for our first SOMA Pilipinas Gateway and other cultural markers, and a brief program at 6pm with appreciations for Rachel Lastimosa.
Special Guest: San Francisco Arts Commission’s Director of Cultural Affairs Ralph Remington, California Arts Council Executive Director Jonathan Moscone and newly elected California State Assembly member Matt Haney.
We will also be announcing our new creative performance project with Sean San Jose.
Please RSVP with a suggested donation of $5- $25 at our donation page here. Community rates of $5-20 can be made at the “enter your own amount”.
For individuals, organizations, companies and institutions who would like to sponsor our event, we welcome sponsorship amounts from $50- 5000. All proceeds will support our public art and place-making efforts, especially our very first SOMA Pilipinas gateway!
We also welcome monthly, quarterly, or annual sustainers! Click here to be a sustainer!
Sponsors will be acknowledged during the program.
